Since the greenpay card program will not be continued, we would like to inform you that we are discontinuing the product. Your virtual greenpay card will remain active for another two months from the date of this notice and will be deactivated on January 24^th, 2026.

Please use your available balance as fully as possible by this time.

After the deactivation date, you can request a withdrawal of your remaining balance via the greenpay card website under certain conditions:

If you are in possession of a greenpay card voucher that has not been activated, please contact the point of sale with the code and proof of purchase for a refund.
